What we collect and why

We collect the information you give us when you place an order, create an account or contact us, such as your name, contact details and delivery address. We use it to process and deliver orders, communicate with you, improve the site and, where you have agreed, send you marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

Sharing

We share information only as needed with payment processors, couriers and our website service providers, who must keep it confidential. Our online store runs on Shopify, so some information may be stored and processed outside South Africa by service providers that protect it to a standard comparable to POPIA. We may disclose information without consent where required by law, court order or in the public interest. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and security

We keep personal information only for as long as needed or as required by law, and apply reasonable security measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
