These terms apply to your use of the WildSense website and to every order you place with us. They should be read together with our Privacy and Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns Policy. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use this site and to place an order.
Products and orders
Our range is selected by hand and all products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve stock. An order is confirmed only once payment has cleared. Unpaid orders may be cancelled after 48 hours. Product images are for illustration; specifications may change by the manufacturer without notice.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in South African Rand and are the full price of the product. The only amount added at checkout is delivery where it applies (see our Shipping Policy). Prices may change without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. Payment is required in full before an order is processed. Payment methods are shown at checkout; see How to pay.
Delivery
We deliver within South Africa only. Delivery fees, times and your rights if delivery is late are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and cancellations
Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Returns Policy, which does not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
Our rights
We may refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, and cancel orders where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full. Risk in the goods passes to you when the courier collects the parcel from us.
Limitation of liability
Products are supplied with the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. To the extent permitted by South African law, WildSense is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or courier delays, and our total liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.
Security and privacy
Payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment services. We do not store card details. How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy and Cookie Policy.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and are governed by those sites' own terms. All content on this site is protected by intellectual property rights. You indemnify WildSense against claims arising from your misuse of the site. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We may update these terms at any time; the version published on the site applies.
